Thank you for supporting our local business! Here are our recommendations for heating instructions.

For Meals:
Microwave Instructions: Remove the protective lid before heating. Cook in the microwave on high heat for approximately 2.5-3 minutes.
Oven Instr
uctions: Containers are not oven safe! Transfer food to an oven safe pan before heating. Preheat oven to 375°F and heat for approximately 10 minutes.

For Pizzas and Flatbreads:
Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove pizza/flatbread from container and place on middle rack for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts. For convenience, the pizza may also be placed in the oven with the container. Remove the protective plastic lid before heating. Containers are not microwave safe!
Airfryer Instru
ctions: Set airfryer to 375°F and bake for 2-3 minutes. Check after 1 minute to avoid burning, and continue cooking if needed.

Overnight Oats: Before enjoying, give your overnight oats a good stir to mix everything together. You can enjoy them cold straight from the fridge, or if you prefer a warm breakfast, transfer them to a microwave-safe bowl for heating. 
Tip: Keep the meals refrigerated and consume within 4 days. To ensure optimal quality and taste, please consume seafood meals first. Additionally, meals are freezer friendly! We recommend freezing a few meals incase you eat out, skip a few meals, etc.
